dictation about Dublin

Dublin is situated on the Eastern coast in Ireland . It's built on the River Rephe. The city is divided into 24 postal districts. Even number is on the south side of the river and the odd number is on north .
The city also has two canals, the grand canal on the south side and the royal canal on the north side . Canals used to play an important part of the city commercial life, transporting goods to other countries,
but today they are only used for pleasure. The real city centre is the area inside two canals,
and outside of this are rings of villiges, such as Red Mind and Renero the south side, and Fisbiging and Redole on the north side. beyond these villages are the suburbs, which has grown very fast over the last 30 years. the population in the great Dublin area is now well over 1 million.

Dotcom idea

Now I think of the most astounding thing about the dot-com boom was the obscene amount of money spent. Zealous venture capitalists fell over themselves to invest millions in start-ups; dot-coms blew millions on spectacular marketing campaigns; new college graduates became instant millionaires and rushed out to spend it; and companies with unproven business models executed massive IPOs with sky-high stock prices. We all know what eventually happened. Most of hese start-ups died dramatic deaths. these are analogical with economic stability as happending on 40s and final result is deaths.

Computer and heath

when I start to use computer more and more I feel my head always is lean ahead as walking, therefor I just know aware that my heath has already injuried by incorrectly using computer ,so interview the doctor and she adviced me :

if you follow the tips given below and in the websites below then your computing experience will be so much better. And another problem that people may not be aware of is the isolation computers can cause, you tend to ignore the rest of family and disassociate yourself from them whilst on the computer. Breakups are becoming commoner because of computers, so divide you attentions, dont give it all to the computer. Some tips to followTake regular breaks from the computer, it is recommended that you take a break at least every 20 - 35 mins. And follow this with 5 mins of stretching and movement, the body will start to stiffen up and ache because of the inactivity. When using a computer you need to be comfortable, and using a natural posture. For more on posture visit here, or try here and here for more postures.the classic upright posture is not always best. The reclined posture is the most comfortable, but may not suit you.The placement of your computer monitor can be another cause of discomfort. You should be looking directly at the monitor, and not glancing sideways with your body twisted. It is recommended your head is slightly higher than the screen, so you are looking down (for more help and information see here. Most monitors are tiltable, the back of the monitor should be lower than the front.Glare from the monitor is another problem, anit-glare screens can be bought that fit most screens. Adjustment of contrast and brightness will help. Avoid having windows or bright lights in front of you, while looking at a monitor. Avoid reflections of light on the monitor screen from behind. Your eyes are at risk from eye strain and tiredness.Try to use the keyboard more than the mouse, one side of your body goes numb or aches. For a listing of usefull keystroke commands go here. If in any doubt, seek medical advice first, go and see your doctor. These tips are provided only as guidelines, and you may already have an illness or problem that might be aggravated further by using a computer.

My motherland---CHINA

China, my motherland, is really a great country. It stands in Asia and lies on the west coast of the ocean. China covers 9,600,000square kilometers. People of about 1.3billion live and work together on the land.56 nations make up the whole population of China.
As is know to anybody, China has a long history of 5000 years, which turns out rich culture and special style. It’s said that every corner of Chinese ancient history was filled with varieties of prominent art works. All this influences people here by giving them a lot of feelings, experiences, images and ideas about life. But China also had a troubled past since 1840. She saw a lot: Xinghai Revolution against feudal dynasty in 1911,the anti—Japanese war during 1937—1945, the civil war broken out in 1946.Most big events brought pains, poverty to Chinese people, but they never gave in . Oppositely, people learnt not to weep when faced the hardship. They were taught to be strong enough to solve each problem. It’s the troubled time that create the valuable character for Chinese people. Finally they were succeed in rebuilding and developing the motherland.
China was founded as an independent country named People’s Republic of China in 1949 . After that, it began to its door to the world and built bridges of friendship with many other countries.
